Frontier Steel Products (Frontier) warrants its products in their original condition to the original purchaser only, for normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. Only Frontier is authorized to make any representation to the purchaser concerning the normal use and service for its products.
Frontier's liability for any product defect or claim for injury or damages is limited to repair or replacement, or payment of the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, at Frontier's sole discretion F.O.B. Weatherford, Texas.
